It is hard to believe that we are on the wrong side of the year. We have had our chalanges in ARTSA but the fellowship are very strong in the Association. In my incoming speech I said that I would like to see closer tie with Ladies Circle and the 41ers Club in South Africa. I was not 100% sure how we as Tablers are going to achieve it but thought if we do it over a period the rest will fall into place. So we started off with making Tablers aware of Ladies Circle and the response was better than what even I foresaw. With all indications that there are two new Circles being charted this year, with another on the planning table. It was quite scary to see how many of the Tablers and ladies did not know what it was all about. Our next mission now is to work on Joe Tabler’s awareness of the 41ers Club.

Round Table started in England in 1927 when the Prince of Wales said "The young business and professional men of this country must get together round the table, adopt methods that have proved to be so sound in the past, adapt them to the changing needs of the time and, whenever possible, improve them."
